The incident occurred at Mallah Tola, Buxar district, Bihar, at around 11 pm on Tuesday.

Deenbandhu was reportedly upset over Aarti Kumari's marriage to another man and fired at her, leaving her in critical condition. He fled the scene, as fast as the groom and his party.

What to say, the shocking incident created a lot of chaos at the solemn ceremony. All guests too ran helter-skelter.

Footnote: By the by, anybody can get hold of a gun anywhere in India! That way the situation in the country is much worse than the headquarters of mass shooting—the United States.
