WASHINGTON, Feb 10: Indian origin Usha Vance Chilukuri will be the first to have a baby as second lady come July! She posted the news on X. First ladies have had children while holding the title. Vice President JD Vance, 41, and Usha, 40, already have three young children (two sons and a daughter): Ewan, Vivek and Mirabel. Incidentally, Vance has been of late advocating for higher birth rates in the US.
