Under the influence of a western disturbance, currently
lying over Jammu & Kashmir and neighbourhood, isolated
to scattered rain/thundershowers are likely over western
Himalayan region during the next 48 hours. Isolated
rain/thundershowers are also likely over Punjab, Haryana,
Chandigarh and Delhi, Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh
during the next 24 hours. In view of the prevailing
weather conditions, maximum and minimum temperatures
are likely to fall by 2-4°C over many parts of north
and central India during the next 2-3 days.
OUTLOOK
(Mar 23-Mar 25): A fresh western disturbance likely
to affect western Himalayan region and adjoining plain
of northwest India. Increase in temperatures are likely
over west and central India.
