         Fresh western disturbances are likely to affect the western Himalayan region in quick succession during 19th to 23rd. Isolated rain/thundershowers are also likely over Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh from the 20th onwards. The minimum temperatures are above normal by 3-5°C over parts of north Rajasthan and Haryana and by 2-3°C over remaining parts of west India and Madhya Pradesh. The prevailing meteorological conditions suggest a rise of about 2°C in temperatures over the regions during the next 3 days.

        OUTLOOK (Mar 21-Mar 23): Isolated to scattered rain/thundershowers are likely over northwest India, Rajasthan and northeastern States.
