A fresh western disturbance is likely to affect western
Himalayan region on 6th & 7th March. The maximum temperatures
are above normal by 4-7°C over parts of north-west,
west, central India and Orissa. The current meteorological
analysis suggests that fall in maximum temperature
by 1-2°C over parts of northwest, west and east India
during the next 24 hours.
OUTLOOK
(Mar 8-Mar 10): Isolated to scattered precipitation
activity is likely over northeastern states. An easterly
wave is likely to affect extreme south peninsula from
8th onwards.
