Report & Forecast (Indicating regional changes)
October 31, 2008
Weather
forecast valid for next 3 days
The
Western disturbance as an upper air system over north
Pakistan and adjoining northwest Jammu & Kashmir is
still moving away eastwards. Numerical weather prediction
models suggest that subdued rainfall activity is likely
to continue over south peninsula during next 4-5 days.
The night temperatures are above normal by 2-4º over
many parts of northwest India. With the eastward movement
of the western disturbance, they are likely to fall
gradually from 1st November onwards.
