over Afghanistan and adjoining north Pakistan is likely
to cause light precipitation over Jammu & Kashmir.
Maximum temperatures are above normal by 2-3 deg C
over Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, west Uttar Pradesh
and adjoining northwest Madhya Pradesh, some parts
of northeast and east India and 4-5 deg C above normal
over central India, madhya Maharashtra, Marathawada
and coastal Andhra Pradesh. Minimum temperatures are
also above normal by 2-4 deg C over Rajasthan, parts
of Uttar Pradesh, west Madhya Pradesh, east Bihar,
coastal Gujarat, plains of northwest India, east Madhya
Pradesh and northeastern states.
