upper air cyclonic circulation over Uttar Pradesh persists. The other upper air
cyclonic circulation now lies over Gangetic West Bengal & adjoining areas of Jharkhand
and Orissa. Under the influence of these systems, scattered to fairly widespread
rainfall activity is likely over east & central India during the next 2-3 days.
Increase in rainfall activity along the west coast and northwest India after 3
days predicted. Isolated
rain/ thundershowers are likely over Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand,
Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and west Uttar Pradesh. Rain/ thundershowers are likely
at many places over Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh and sub-Himalayan
