The low pressure area over north Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of
Gangetic West Bengal & Bangladesh persists. It is likely to become more marked.
Under its influence, fairly widespread rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy
fall is likely over Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand and north Chhattisgarh
during the next 2-3 days. Morning’s upper air cyclonic circulation over west Uttar
Pradesh & adjoining areas persists. Under its influence fairly widespread rainfall
with isolated heavy to very heavy falls is likely over west Uttar Pradesh, east
Rajasthan, Haryana and west Madhya Pradesh during the next 48 hours. The axis
of trough at sea level passes through Anoopgarh, Hissar, Shajhanpur, Gaya, Asansol
centre of low pressure area and thence southeastwards into east-central Bay of
Bengal.

Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Rain/ thundershowers
