US' travel advisory warns nationals against traveling
in Pak
Lahore:
The US has advised its nationals against unnecessary
travel to Pakistan, reported a TV channel in Pakistan.
In a travel advisory issued by the US State Department,
the US has also advised its officials in Pakistan to avoid
unnecessary stay in hotels in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore
and Peshawar, the Daily Times quoted the TV report as
saying. The travel advisory further said that the US and
western citizens could be attacked by Al Qaeda and Taliban
in Pakistan, especially along the country's western borders.
