Revised passport forms from February 1

     New Delhi: From February 1, 2007, only the new and revised passport application forms would be accepted for submission. Gloria Kumar, Regional Passport Officer, said the revised instructions/procedure and revised documents/ annexures to be attached with the application forms should be carefully read and complied with before passport applications are submitted. She further said that the revised form and instructions have already been published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-II - Section-3 - Sub-Section (i) on 23-12-2006. The new/revised forms are available at outlets mentioned on the Regional Passport Office, Delhi website http://passport.gov.in.
