    London: Aussie singing sensation Kylie Minogue has almost won the battle against breast cancer and has gone back to Australia to celebrate with her family. The singer was "unbelievably overjoyed" after docs revealed her six-month chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer had been successful," reports The Sun. She received her crucial test results last Friday and spent the weekend with boyfriend Olivier Martinez, before flying to Melbourne. The family had dinner at the parents' home and cracked open a bottle of champagne they had been saving for months in anticipation. "Kylie was desperate to see her family. She just wanted to hug them all and tell them it was going to be okay," she was quoted by The Sun, as saying. "She is thrilled and relieved. It's been a tough few months and there have been times when she felt very weak and very down," she added. Chemotherapy is a gruelling, horrible treatment which puts the body under intense strain. "But this is the news she has been waiting to hear and she can hardly put her happiness into words she just keeps beaming.For the past couple of months she has been feeling very positive and healthy. She has put a bit of weight on and has been feeling confident about the future," the source said.
