If reports are correct, then the 'Queen of Talkshows'
Oprah Winfrey has just given a new meaning to the word 'giving',
for the star has reportedly changed her will, and is now
leaving her 1 billion pound fortune to African orphans.
The 52-year old Winfrey, who founded the Angel Network to
raise money for poverty-stricken children in the African
continent, revealed that she had made some changes to her
original will so that the children will continue to be taken
care of when she died. "The children asked me what would
happen if I died. I want to make sure they'll be taken care
of," Femalefirst quoted her, as telling The People newspaper.
Winfrey, who recently signed a 55 million dollar deal to
launch her own radio channel, topped a poll of the 100 most
important people in Hollywood, conducted by Forbes magazines,
last year.

Rumours are abuzz that Aussie pop singer Kylie Minogue
will be tying the knot with her boyfriend, French actor
Olivier Martinez, in April this year. And, the cat was let
out of the bag by none other than the hunky 'Unfaithful'
star's mother who said that she was thrilled that the couple
would finally be able to go ahead with all their plans.
"My son has promised we will be flown over for the big day,"
Mrs Martinez is quoted as saying. We're just rejoicing that
she and my son can now go ahead and make the plans they've
wanted to make for so long," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted
her, as New Idea magazine. 37-year old breast cancer survivor
Kylie has been dating 40-year- old Martinez since they met
during the Grammys in February 2003.

Disney's family film "Eight Below," a tale about a team
of abandoned sled dogs struggling to survive in Antarctica,
was the leader of the box-office pack with a 25 million
dollars, opening over the four-day holiday weekend. The
romance spoof "Date Movie" from 20th Century Fox debuted
in second place with 22.3 million dollars, while last week's
top movie "The Pink Panther", another family-oriented entry,
slipped to third place, after earning 21 million dollars
over the four- day period. "The family audience is insatiable
right now. It seems you can open a broad-appeal movie every
week and do business. Clearly people with kids don't always
want to huddle home watching DVDs, they want to get out
of the house" E!Online quoted Paul Dergarabedian, president
of Exhibitor Relations, which tracks the studios' grosses,
as saying. Universal's "Curious George" continued to rack
up solid monkey business in fourth, with15.3 million dollars,
while New Line's fright flick "Final Destination 3" grabbed
horror fans over the four-day holiday, after grossing 12.5
million dollars.

Hollywood beauty Renee Zellweger has revealed that she
is rueing the day she decided to wear her beautiful Caroline
Herrere dress for the BAFTAs, for she now has footprints
all over her trail. The 'Cold Mountain' star, who presented
an award at the glittering ceremony, joked that not only
had she had people walking all over her trail at the after-parties,
but that she herself had ripped it by standing on it. "Everybody's
been making friends with my trail. It's covered in so many
footprints and I've managed to rip it half off by standing
on it. I've completely ruined the dress," Contactmusic quoted
her, as saying.

The sweaty-checked shirt worn by cowboy Jack Twist,
a character portrayed by actor Jake Gyllenhaal in Brokeback
Mountain, was grabbed in for 101,100 dollars on eBay, an
auction site. The shirt, which went on sale on 06 February
this year, attracted 165 bidders, but was finally sold to
a mystery fan, using the cyber name hlywdstar, on Monday,
(Feb06), reports Contactmusic. The item's original bid was
9.99 dollars. The proceeds from the shirt sale is expected
to go to Variety - The Children's Charity of Southern California.
