Drew Barrymore as 'Charlie's Angel'

Melbourne: Despite the fact that "Charlie's Angels" failed to generate good response from the critics, speculation is rife that Sony are keen on relaunching the series. According to Sky News, the film's star and producer Drew Barrymore is also interested in reprising her character, and has already started talking to actresses about playing roles in "Charlies Angels 3" - including rocker Pink, who contributed music to the previous film's soundtrack. "It's early days, but we know that while the critics hated it, the fans love them girls. I hope that I get to play my role as a bad girl," Moviehole quoted Pink, who seems to have really caught the acting bug of late, as saying. However, whether Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu will return to play their roles as Barymore's kick-ass sidekicks in the new film, is not confirmed yet. But with Liu's comments of late, suggesting she's finished with the series, it's quite likely that the series will have some fresh babes fighting fancy next time round.

Bond should have been black: Foxx (Go To Top)

Foxx who plays Tubbs in the 'Miami Vice' film reckons that rapper star P Diddy and Oscar winning actor Denzel Washington were the perfect candidates for the first black James Bond and deserved the role ahead of blond Daniel Craig. "Bond has got to come on up, man. They've got to get with the times. It needs oomph right now. "Diddy would have made a good Bond. "I tell you who would have made a great Bond about eight years ago: Denzel Washington. He was doing The Pelican Brief, Philadelphia. I'm sitting in some awards show (I snuck in) and I write, 'Do you ever think about playing James Bond?' on a napkin, walked over and handed it to him. I don't know if he ever read it," Contactmusic quoted Foxx as saying.

The two hooked up on the set of Allen's new movie, starring Farrell and Ewan McGregor, just hours before the London premiere of cop drama 'Miami Vice' in which the Irish actor co-stars with Jamie Foxx. "He comes across as a tiger on screen, but behind closed doors he's as wild as Mickey Mouse. He must have told me I was beautiful eight times. I like bad boys. But he was too nice. He kept telling me how beautiful I was and I thought 'just shut up'" Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. "Maybe he has lots of women because he's not that good in bed. Maybe they don't want to stay," She added.
