We honour our country's republic status and therefore we are courting arrests," said Gulshan Kapoor, Chief of Shiv Sena's Varanasi unit. The police arrested the activists, saying that no breach of court orders would be allowed at the site. "The site is involved in a dispute and the outcome from the courts of the land is awaited.
