Ricky Martin traumatised

Tsunami affected Arattupuzha village in Alappuzha district of Kerala. The sea has almost made an inroad into the village after tsunami.
The breadth of the village which is a narrow strip  of land lying between the Kayamkulam lake and Arabian sea is only 50 metres at some places.

London: Ricky Martin is seeking solace and trying to absorb the pain of seeing the dead bodies during his Thailand trip. "I never thought I was going to see something intense like that. I met people who know what death is; they are happy right now every time they inhale. I never felt and saw such pain," Femalefirst quoted Ricky as saying. The Latin pop star was shocked by the horrible things he saw in tsunami-struck Thailand while filming a documentary for Oprah Winfrey's daytime TV show. Martin has been a long time advocate for children's charities and has decided to build 600 homes for 600 orphans as his personal help. Martin is looking forward to remember good things of the Thai trip but it's still very difficult for him to get past the images of crude reality of death.
