Security around Indian, Sri Lankan cricketers after
Delhi serial bomb blasts

     Jaipur: Security has been tightened around Indian and Sri Lankan cricketers in the wake of Saturday's serial bomb blasts on the eve of Diwali festival in the Indian capital New Delhi in which 60 people were killed. Access to the cricketers who are currently headed for Jaipur to play the third one-day international has been virtually denied. Meanwhile, tight securty arrangements have been made in and around the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, the venue of the cricket match to be played on Monday. Rajasthan's Director General of Police A S Gill accompanied by the range IGP O P Galhotra and Rajasthan Cricket Association President Lalit Modi inspected the venue and took stock of the security measures. Mega video screens are being installed at the west and east end of the stadium near the scoreboard for added visibilty.
