     New York: Not many may know it, but if insiders are to be believed Nicole Kidman was deeply immersed in Scientology during the time she was married to ex-husband Tom Cruise. According to New York Post, she actually reached an elite level of the religion called "OT II" that only select Scientologists attain. Her involvement was kept under wraps, because Scientology elders worried it looked bad to have a public figure delve so deeply into the religion and suddenly get out of it.

'Martha's Rules' for budding entrepreneurs (Go To Top)

     Washington: Lifestyle guru Martha Stewart has announced plans to pen a book for budding entrepreneurs. The book, titled "Martha's Rules", will divulge secrets of the star's success when it hits stores later this year. "My goal with this book is to help people turn their passions into successful businesses, as I did myself through many of the things I learned over the years," Contactmusic quoted Stewart, who is currently serving a five month home-bound sentence at her New York residence, as saying.

     London: Coldplay singer,Chris Martin, may have the world at his feet,but when he gets home, his wife Gwyneth Paltrow takes charge. The Speed Of Sound hitmaker,says that he would do anything to keep his wife happy,including having his haircut according to her exact specifications. "I did have big hair but my wife ordered me to cut it. I am under the thumb," The Sun quoted him as saying.

Clooney plumps for Porn Star (Go To Top)

     London: George Clooney has reportedly rekindled his romance with stunning porn star, Krista Allen, soon after his split from ex-girlfriend Lisa Snowdon. .The Hollywood hunk was spotted kissing the X -rated star , better known for her steamy 'Emmanuelle' films, at his Lake Como home in Italy. "They looked very close, just like a married couple", a source was quoted by People magazine, as saying. The split between hearthrob Clooney and TV presenter Lisa in May,was reportedly due to their long distance relationship, that made it difficult to sustain their love for each other.

18-year-old boy turns budget airline boss (Go To Top)

     London: An 18-year-old British boy has launched a budget airline from his home, with money leased from venture capitalists. Eighteen-year-old Daniel Reilly, who is yet to receive his A level results said, that it was on a friend's suggestion, that he started flying people around for a charge in a Cessna, and later, decided to launch Nexas Airlines. "I started flying lessons and a friend joked that I should charge people to fly around in a Cessna. I began to take the idea more seriously when I started studying business and realised I could operate on a larger scale. I have been planning this for two years and now it is about to become a reality," The Sun quoted Daniel as saying. As of now, his airline will fly holidaymakers for as little as 50 pounds one-way from Liverpool to the Canary Islands, and operate twice a week to Tenerife and once-weekly to Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and to Fuerteventura. Daniel, who lives with his mother Nicola in Maghull, Merseyside, started the business with the help of her partner Michael Smith. Together the pair raised 50,000 pounds from venture capitalists and are now, leasing a Boeing 737. The crew will be contracted out to agencies. Daniel, who is eagerly looking forward to the project said, "there's already been a lot of interest".

Devastated Sienna calls off wedding with Jude Law (Go To Top)

     London: Sienna Miller, who has reportedly called of her wedding with Jude Law, is said to be totally devastated over his alleged affair with his children's nanny. "Sienna is probably too angry for tears at the moment. It is anger and betrayal. Never in a million years would I have suspected that he would do that to my daughter. We have been speaking regularly and neither of us has had too much sleep. But she is an absolute trouper, my Sienna. She has always been very strong," Sienna's mom was quoted as saying. "Sienna is not with Jude at the moment. I have not heard from him and I would not expect to in the circumstances. She has spent the last couple of days in the country, staying with friends. I can't comment on whether they will stay together. It is their affair. They have to work it out," she added.
