Denise Van Outen to play the legend of Grace Kelly on Broadway (Go To Top)

          London: Denise Van Outen's striking performance in Chicago has earned her a once in a lifetime chance to play Grace Kelly in a Broadway musical on her life. According to Hello magazine, Outen will portray Grace Kelly, the elegant blonde, who was renowned for her affiliations with Alfred Hitchcock. She became a princess in 1956 when she married Prince Rainier of Monaco. Her fairytale life came to a tragic end, however, when she was killed in a car crash in 1982.

         New York: British hunk Orlando Bloom is quite the ladies man it was apparent after he had all the women in a nightclub swooning over him as he danced with all of them in turn. The 'Troy' actor was spotted at Los Angeles nightclub, accompanied by an unidentified blonde instead of his girlfriend Kate Bosworth and danced with all the women present. He also prohibited the photographers to take any snaps of him.

          New York: Earlier they were ribbed, flavoured and lubricated, but now a Los Angeles based company has come up with condoms which are specially made to customers measurements and they hope that it will prove to be an invaluable tool for men to make sex a pleasurable experience. The company 'Condomania' has made the 'They Fit' range of condoms because they realised that condoms being too tight or too big is a common problem with men. A too-tight condom is in greater danger of puncturing and oversized condoms have an increased risk of premature emancipation, reports the New York Post. The company has 55 different sizes, ranging from super-slim to extra-roomy, and they are planning to come up with an additional 40 sizes this year to "significantly increase comfort and pleasure." The condoms are made after you give your fittings with the help of a 'Fit Kit' which includes two pieces of paper with size markings, one tool measures length (providing a letter), the other, circumference (providing a number). Taken together, the two figures give an overall size designation. A fitting has to be taken when the person is completely aroused. Then the person has to submit the measurements to the company, which makes condoms according to the size. "They are fitted to within a centimetre of your erect anatomy, and the sales have been unbelievable," the report quoted the company president Adam Glickman, as saying.

         London: After his ill-fated romance with Latino diva Jennifer Lopez, Hollywood hunk Ben Affleck had vowed never to date a Hollywood actress but now he seems to be going back on his promise as he is reportedly having an affair with actress Jennifer Garner. According to the National Enquirer, the Oscar winning actor and Garner are keeping their romance under wraps and avoid the limelight as far as possible, but they secretly meet up as often as can and go for hikes, runs on the beach and morning cups of coffee. Insiders have revealed that the two stars, who acted together in the movie 'Daredevil' are both quite media shy and Affleck fell for Garner because she is the absolute opposite of Lopez. "She's a girl who throws herself totally into her work and keeps her relationships quiet. Jennifer isn't clingy or drawn to the Hollywood limelight. She isn't super demanding of Ben's time, either. Jennifer's also fine with Ben playing poker in Vegas for several days at a time," the report quoted an insider as saying.

Fan auctions collection of 8,100 items on Bridget Bardot (Go To Top)

         London: A 74-year old man is auctioning a collection of 8,100 items on one of the greatest sex symbols of all times, Bridget Bardot, which he has collected over a period of 58 years. Mr Cees Storm has revealed that he developed an interest in the "And God Created Women' star as a sixteen year old boy and has since kept every article and photograph that he ever saw of the actress. The auction, which will be held at the Drouot salerooms in Paris, includes Magazines, film posters, records, books, giant framed stills and sets of postcards, and Storm hopes that he will earn anywhere between 30,000 pounds to 100,000 pounds. The auction is slated to start the same day, as Bardot will celebrate her 70th birthday. The auction will also see a 20-volume set of scrapbooks extending to 4,500 pages and containing 7,000 pictures, going under the hammer and Storm reveals that most of the pictures are still in mint condition. However, Storm says that it was not love or obsession that made him spend a lifetime collecting Bardot's pictures and dedicating two rooms of his house to the items, instead it was her charisma he says, although his wife thinks it was the breasts. "That was never in my thinking, I was not in love with her but interested in her image. I thought she had wonderful ... ".

          New York: Hotel heiress Paris Hilton, reportedly arrived on the sets of rapper Eminem's latest video, in which she features with the 'Slim Shady' singer, with a vodka bottle and insiders revealed that she was already half-drunk when she came. But drunk or not, her co-workers described working with her as an absolute pleasure, reports the New York Daily News. Hilton's drunken appearance however, is not the only interesting thing about the video, Eminem will appear stark naked and running through the streets in the video for his aptly titled single 'Just Lose It.'

         London: What makes Gwyneth Paltrow stay in shape even after being a mom, well it is girdles. According to Femalefirst, the 31-year old admitted that she used two girdles for support. "I wore two girdles! It's a great trick. That's how all the Hollywood girls do it. There are these great things called Spanx, which are like bike shorts, and they just squeeze you in. It's terrific," she was quoted as saying.

         New York: Kirsten Dunst seems to be doing her best to avoid her boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal these days, if rumours are to be believed. According to New York Post, she gave Teen Vogue's "Young Hollywood" party a go because of Jakes' prescence, instead she Preferred to watch the proceedings from the balcony of her bungalow.          London: Britney Spears' fans are in a bidding war for a flower from her wedding which has been put up on Ebay for sale, with the price reaching close to 300 pounds. According to The Sun, the seller of the single flower is an American woman, who revealed that she raced to the pop diva's wedding venue in Los Angeles last weekend, grabbed a rose lying outside, put it in a freezer bag and then offered it up for sale.

Nicole Kidman had to twirl on grass to `bewitch' Will Farrell

         London: Despite being equipped with magical powers in her upcoming flick 'Bewitched', Nicole Kidman had to resort to some 'traditional' ways to charm co-star Will Farrell. The actress reportedly had to do some whirling on the grass to attract her 36-year old American co-star for a kiss, while shooting for a song for the movie remake of the classic 1960s TV comedy. "Nicole and Will have had great fun making this movie.The dance scene was meant to be quite romantic but they were larking about so much that it took them a while to start acting seriously," an insider was quoted by the Daily mail, as saying. Shirley Maclaine and Michael Caine also star in the film, which will hit the theaters next summer.

Villager Brody turns detective for new flick (Go To Top)

         Washington: Adrien Brody who played the lead actor in M. Night Shyamalan's 'The Village' is all set to play a detective in his upcoming movie. According to Eonline, the movie titled Truth, Justice and the American Way, focusses on the investigation of the mysterious 1959 death of TV Superman George Reeves in which Brody plays the lead detective on the case. It will be directed by Sopranos director Allen Coulter.
