Hip hop star Eminem has revealed that he was so poor when
he wed his childhood sweetheart that he was compelled to steal
food from his mother's house when she was away. "There's things
I went through with Kim that I could never experience or go
through again," the rapper was quoted by Vanity Fair magazine
as saying. "We went to my mom's and broke in the house while
she was at bingo and stole French fries out of the refrigerator
to take them back to her mom's house to make French fries
because we had no money to eat," he added.

Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Heather
Mills are to star on British TV quiz show 'Who Wants To Be
A Millionaire?' to raise funds for the latter's landmine charity.
The couple is all set to feature in the Christmas Day special
of the hit UK show. According to Femalefirst, Sir Paul and
Heather are "very excited" about their starring role in the
show, which will be filmed later this month.

An unemployed Bosnian performed kidney stone surgery on
himself because he did not have any money to pay medical bills.
Emir Javoras, used a razor blade and needle to remove the
stones, news agency Fena reported. "I woke up in the middle
of the night in terrible pain, but I couldn't ask doctors
to do anything about it because I am poor, have no money and
no health insurance. I noticed my genitals had swollen and
the pain was enormous," Javoras was quoted as saying. "The
stones had passed out of my kidney and had got stuck in my
urinary tract. I cut the skin under my testicles and with
the help of a sterilized needle I managed to dig out three
stones," he added.

Pop legend George Michael has reportedly revealed that
the "loneliest time" in his life was when his gay lover died
from AIDS and he feared that he had caught it from him. The
singer who met Brazilian Anselmo Feleppa at a concert in Rio
in 1991 and fell in love with him was devastated when he learnt
that Feleppa needed an AIDS test. "I remember looking at the
sky saying, 'Don't you dare do this to me.' I went home to
my family over Christmas and sat at the table not knowing
whether my partner, who the people round the table did not
know about, this man I was in love with, was terminally ill,"
the singer was quoted by Femalefirst as saying. "It was possibly
the loneliest time in my life," he added.

Pop icon Madonna says that she is so exhausted with handling
her kids and family life that she has no energy left to heed
her creative instincts. The 'Frozen' singer, who has two children
Lourdes and Rocco and is married to British director Guy Ritchie,
said that although she would love to have one more child,
managing everything on her own has really taken its toll.
Forty-six-year old Madonna also revealed that she likes to
play the ideal wife complete with rubbing her husband's feet
when he comes back home in the evening and receiving him at
the door. She also makes sure that she helps out with her
children's homework everyday. "I need to calm myself. I don't
have a manager anymore, so now I'm my own everything. Then
I'm the person who stands at the door when my husband comes
home from work, waiting to rub his feet," The Mirror quoted
her as saying. "And I'm the person who helps my kids with
their homework and puts them to bed. I'm exhausted. That's
my problem now. I no longer have time to be creative," she
added.

Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney has been asked to
increase the security around his newly acquired bunglow in
Italy, after his neighbors were recently held hostage by armed
men and the police think that the culprits were actually looking
for Clooney. According to the local police the raiders were
looking for 7 million pounds Lake Como villa, where Clooney
spent most of the summer. The locals in the village had earlier
been disturbed when Clooney was shooting in the village for
the movie 'Ocean's Eleven' as streets had been closed, part
of Lake Como was made a no-go area and the village was invaded
by fans this summer, reports Female First. Clooney had later
sent a letter of apology to the residents of the village.

According to a new research conducted by the Office for
National Statistics, women in London are going to find it
extremely difficult to find partners in the future as there
is now a severe shortage of young men in London. Currently
there are 6,000 more women aged between 20 and 29 than men
in the capital at present but twenty years from now the researchers
predict that the number of women of that age in the capital
will reach 662,600 as against 624,800 men. According to This
is London, the study also says that government projections
have shown that by 2021 half of women between 30 and 44 will
never have been married as against 13 per cent in 1981. They
prophesize that by 2028 there will be a million more people
living in London, taking the total population to a record
high of 8.5 million.
