A further third reported a significant improvement. Those who used to maintain an erection for just 30 seconds said that they were able to perform five times longer after doing the exercises. Lead researcher Professor Grace Dorey has said that men with no erection problems could also benefit from these exercises. "It was a real surprise. Strengthening up the muscles not only improved strength but also endurance," she was quoted by the Mirror, as saying. Now, the researchers are urging doctors to recommend pelvic floor exercises straight away to impotent patients. "When men are going through a normal sex life, they should be looking to these exercises to extend their sex life. If you are performing well, this research would suggest that you may be able to improve your performance further," she added.
