kind of publicity money can't buy. We've been chuckling
to ourselves all day since seeing the papers. Vodafone must
be fuming," a 02 source was quoted as saying. Vodafone has
denied any bitterness with Beckham though it really doesn't
seem so. "It seems he has been caught playing away again.
I don't think Vodafone will be quite as angry as Posh but

Pierce Brosnan has expressed his desire to work in a Bond
movie directed by Quentin Tarantino. The 'Kill Bill' director
had recently revealed his desire to direct a James Bond
flick and Brosnan has strongly seconded his wish. "Life.
A great sense of excitement and danger and the perspective
of a filmmaker who's really made people sit up and watch
his movies. He's got a cutting edge which we got with the
last Bond film Die Another Day with Lee Tamahori's sense
of flair. They allowed him, more than any other director,
to go out there with it. So someone like Quentin would be
magnificent, whether it's me as Bond or some other guy,"

Brunettes are better

London:
Though blondes reign high on popularity universally,
it is actually brunettes who have more fun, believes Tara
Palmer Tomkinson Tomkinson doesn't find it surprising that
almost eighty percent of the women make desperate attempts
to dye their hair blonde in order to look attractive. Though
blondes are eye catching, yet Tomkinson finds black mans
more attractive. "I can think of many gorgeous brunettes
- Catherine Zeta-Jones, Sigourney Weaver, Halle Berry -
who'd look silly with lighter hair" she was quoted by the
Mirror as saying. Blondes may be head turners but it is
brunettes with whom one feels little intimidated, as they
look more intelligent. Tomkinson, who idolizes Audrey Hepburn
as the most attractive woman, strongly favours black tresses.
"People with dark hair always look like they have healthier
hair. It's shiny, rich and sleek. Blonde hair tends to look
a bit dry and dull," she added. Blondes look all the same,
as if cloned, whereas black hair makes one stand apart,
looks different from the rest. "I'd prefer to have something
a little imperfect, to make me stand out - because perfection
just isn't attractive," she said.

Washington:
Legendary Hollywood actor Marlon Brando is all set to
begin work on what may be the easiest role of his career.
According to Hello, the reclusive actor has agreed to play
none other than himself in a forthcoming production titled
'Brando And Brando'. The details of the low-budget film,
to be directed by Tunisian filmmaker Ridha Behi, have just
been announced in Cannes. 'The Godfather' star has made
precious few big screen appearances in recent years but
he was so impressed with Ridha's script that he decided
to put the greasepaint and face the camera again. The 3
million pounds movie tells the story of a naive young boy
who goes to America to realize his dream of meeting Brando.
However, as the film progresses, the boy's American dream
teaches him more about disenfranchisement and heartbreak
than fairy tale Hollywood endings. "It is one of the best
scripts I have ever read in my life. Marlon Brando has turned
down every single film - but Ridha's script has done the
trick. It's very special," said Norma Heyman, the movie's
producer.
