          Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh): A man here has become famous for the oddest of reasons - he has a tail! Jagdish is the man who was born with a tail. And, now he has got famous in his village and surrounding areas for his hairy tail. Jagdish said that he was keen on registering his name in the record books. "I have a tail since by birth. I want to keep it and I want to register my name in Guinness Book of world Record for my unusual tail," he said. Dopa Devi, his mother, said that her son was famous in the area as Hanuman, the Hindu monkey God. "People in the entire area address him as Hanuman. It's very long. Sometimes he finds it difficult to keep it. But he is trying to register his name in record books," she added. Jagdish has been trimming his tail quite often, he has decided to maintain it as he wants to enter his name in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Nicole Kidman's 'no' to Michael Jackson (Go To Top)

         London: Hollywood star Nicole Kidman turned down Michael Jackson's offer to accompany him to the MTV Music Awards bash. "There was a call from his people to mine asking if he could take me to the Awards," The Mirror quoted the film star as saying in a radio interview. "I had never even met him, it was a little strange. I did decline, but hey, the way my love life is, I took it as a great compliment," she added. The Oscar winning actress admitted that Michael's past oddities kept haunting her due to which she refused the offer. She added, "I keep thinking of those ridiculous photographs of Michael in a shocking wig at Disneyland. So call me crazy but it just didn't tempt me to want to accept."

         London: Red wine is the latest rage in the beauty salons of Buenos Aires, where it is believed that it can tighten the stomach and firm up sagging breasts. According to Ananova, creams made with red wine or even a glass of pure wine, when applied directly to the person's skin are bringing in dramatic results, and beauty clinics all over Buenos Aires are reporting a huge demand for wine therapy by women. "After cleansing, the skin receives a special wine mask that is rich in vitamin E. It brings firmness and nutrition to the skin, making it healthy and elastic," said wine therapy expert Diego Barberan. "It is fantastic. It does what it promises. I can say with no fear that I am addicted," added Mary Andres, a regular wine therapy customer.

Director Spike Lee joins the Bush bashing bandwagon (Go To Top)

         Washington: After Michael Moore, afro-American director Spike Lee is releasing a movie that hopes to inspire people to vote against President Bush in the coming elections. According to Zap2it, Lee claims that his latest film 'She Hates Me,' which deals with the issue of corporate corruption, is 'anti-Bush,' because of the fact that Bush has the largest number of corporate honchos in his team. He is now hoping that the film, which stars Woody Harrelson and Ellen Barkin, and showcases the rampant racism in the corporate world, will at least make the Afro-American community go against Bush. However, he also admits that his film is not as influential as Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11." "If you are indicting big business, automatically, it's indicting George Bush. George Bush, he has more CEOs in his administration than any other president in the history of the United States of America," the report quoted Lee as saying. "I'm very nervous about this election, because we're all going to go to hell if George Bush wins," he added.

'Black Sabbath' removes video morphed Hitler footage of Bush (Go To Top)

          Washington: Rock band 'Black Sabbath' have axed the video morphed footage of US President George W Bush as Adolf Hitler from an Ozzfest video, after drummer Bill Ward expressed his dislike for the clipping. The band has also replaced another image of Bush wearing a red clown nose, which featured on a big screen behind them while they performed classic rock anthem 'War Pigs'. Ward posted a message on his website distancing himself from the video. "This video structure does not represent my personal views towards President Bush. This video was made without my prior knowledge or consent," read the website. Meanwhile, Ozzfest aides have insisted that the 'Black Sabbath' only compiled pre-existing footage to accompany the anti-war song, which opens their set. "The image of President Bush and Hitler is taken from a CNN news feature that shows a protestor holding a sign with President Bush and Hitler. The video is part of a musical performance and the images should not be taken out of context," rate the music quoted a source as saying.

Jenna Bush not morally fit to teach kids at Harlem (Go To Top)

          New York: Artists and Activists United for Peace, a black and Latino public-action group, have voiced their dissent over the US president George Bush's daughter Jenna teaching in a school at Harlem. "We don't think she is of a high enough moral character to teach school, considering her past adventures," organizer John Penley was quoted by The New York Daily News as saying. "Her taking this job is keeping a black person from getting the job. We think she and her sister should enlist in the military," he added.

          Washington: Pop star Britney Spears has reportedly given in to her family's demand of signing a pre-nuptial agreement with her fiance Kevin Federline. The 'Toxic' star's parents, Jamie and Lynne were not pleased at all when Britney insisted that her marriage would be based on true love and she didn't need to protect her enormous wealth. However, Britney has reportedly reconsidered her position and insiders have revealed that the paperwork is now being drawn up, ahead of the couple's lavish November 20, 2004 wedding. "They will definitely sign a pre-nup," Star magazine quoted a source as saying. Meanwhile, Donald Trump, the billionaire real estate baron has also advised Britney to get a pre-nuptial agreement before she says ' I Do' to Federline.

         Washington: Actor Wesley Snipes' latest film features him as a heist expert who accidentally steals a Van Gogh print. According to EOnline, "Seven Seconds" portrays his character's struggles to save his partner who is being held hostage by thugs who want the stolen print.

         London: British Prime Minister, Tony Blair has returned a guitar gifted to him by U2 frontman Bono, even though he prides himself with being a crack guitar player. According to the BBC, Blair has turned down several gifts in the past, including a rug from Libya's Colonel Gaddafi and wine from his French counterpart Jaques Chirac. One of the few gifts he has kept so far is clothes from Australian company Globe worth #324. According to the Ministerial Code of Conduct, anyone who wants to keep a gift worth more than 140 pounds has to pay for the rest of the value. Government Departments hold most such gifts, though ministers do at times, pay to keep gifts.

"The original filming was finished at the end of last year, but they've recently inserted some racier scenes, most of which she spends in her underwear," he added.

          Washington: "Titanic" star Leonardo DiCaprio's company, Appian Way, is producing a biographical film about Mickey Dora. Just in case you were wondering, he was an outspoken rebel surfer in the mid-20th century, according to the Star magazine. Leo has bought out the rights to his biography - "All For A Few Perfect Waves", with the thought in mind that it will be a hit.
