         London: Pop diva Britney Spears' fianci Kevin Federline apparently doesn't have a healthy bank balance to support his bride to be Visiting his bank in Los Angeles recently to cash his cheques, Federline came out of the bank looking gloomy and downcast, according to The Sun. The 'Toxic' singer is all set to say 'I Do' to her supposedly bankrupt beau on November 20, 2004.

         London: Pop diva Britney Spears has started getting spots on her face, spoiling her perfect complexion. According to the Daily Mail, the singer is not looking as good as she used to since her haywire lifestyle is beginning to take its toll. Her drooping jowls and the cancellation of a tour because of a twisted knee do not bode well for her record label or her multi- million sponsors.

         Washington: If you are an ardent fan of Oscar- nominated director M. Night Shyamalan's movies, you just can't afford to miss this one. According to Zap2it, the 33-year-old filmmaker will participate in a virtual "Q & A" session of Regal Entertainment Group Theatres' titled "In the Director's Chair(TM) with M. Night Shyamalan" on July 20. The retrospective and discussion will be lead by ABC's "Good Morning America" film critic Joel Siegel and will be beamed live via satellite to 41 movie theaters across the country. It will also feature a review of his suspenseful films and a sneak peek at his upcoming thriller "The Village." After which he will field questions from pre-selected audience members.

          New York: Just months after her divorce from Eric Bennet, Halle `Catwoman' Berry is ready to hit the dating scene again, though she has ruled out the possibility of getting married again. According to the New York Daily News, Berry has also admitted that she would like to have kids some day or at least adopt them if she cannot have them on her own. "I'll have committed relationships, I hope, and find love. I haven't soured to men in any way. I would like to have my own child some day. If I get too old, and if it's not in the cards for me, I would definitely adopt," the report quoted the actress as saying. "I just don't have any desire anymore to ever marry again, I know that like I know my name. I just no longer have a need or a desire. Divorce is one of the hardest things to go through. Who people really are comes out in the face of a divorce, and it's really painful. I'll never go through that experience again," she added.

According to Ananova, DJ Sassy, who has reportedly lent her shapely bottom to a campaign for an Internet holiday firm Lastminute.com, has claimed that Kylie's bums are over-rated and there's nothing great about them in reality. Sassy whose bottom is reportedly pasted on giant billboards across the country is happy about usurping Kylie's hold. "I don't rate Kylie's bum - she hasn't got one. Kylie's got absolutely tiny hips so she's not really got a behind," Sassy was quoted saying. "In the US, people like to see a proper behind but in this country it's been different - no hips and big breasts.I don't think Kylie's shape is a very good role model for teenagers. It's about time that curves came back." "I've never thought Kylie had a great bum. But I've been told that I've stolen her crown and I've got the best bum in Europe," she added.

         London: Now Victoria Beckham might have to wait for long time to talk to hubby and England football skipper David, all thanks to Real Madrid manager Jose Antonio Camacho. Becks has reportedly been told not to take calls during training sessions. According to the Daily Mail, David has been told to keep his mobile off over fears that his `tumultuous' private life might affect his on-field performances. In the past, the Beckhams' have earned notoriety for their long telephonic conversations that have cost a bomb. "Camacho doesn't want any distractions and has told Beckham in no uncertain terms that he doesn't want him receiving any calls in the afternoon. His mobile has to be switched off between 12.45 p m when he goes down for tapas before lunch, until 5 p m when he finishes his afternoon nap. That goes for calls to his room too. If he wants to make or receive calls he has to work around Camacho's rules," a Real Madrid insider was quoted as saying.

That scene has now been voted as the best beach moment in the film history. According to The Daily Mail, a Blockbuster survey has listed some of the most memorable beach moments in the history of the Hollywood with Ursula topping the poll followed by Halle Berry in Die Another Day.

           Here's a listing of these memorable beach moments and the movies: 1. Dr No (1962) - Ursula Andress emerging from the sea in her white bikini and knife holster 2. Die Another Day (2002) - Halle Berry redo of Ursula in an orange bikini. 3. 10 (1979) - Bo Derek running along the beach in slow motion wearing a gold swimsuit and hair plaits, along with Dudley Moore. 4. Jaws (1975) - Scary sharks chasing Susan Backlinie. 5. From Here To Eternity (1953) - Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr's sizzling romance on the Hawaiian beach. 6.Point Break (1991) - Keanu Reeves' waking up on the beach to realise that he is late for work. 7. Agatha Christie voted Britain's favourite crime author (Go To Top)

          London: Queen of suspense Agatha Christie has emerged as UK's favourite crime writer, according to a poll of 1500 people. Christie is best remembered for creating the characters of Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple. Second on the list was Sir Arthur Conan Doyle who created Sherlock Holmes. American author Patricia Cornwell was rated third. According to BBC, the poll was conducted to celebrate last year's film release of The Singing Detective featuring Robert Downing Jr. People were also asked to select their favourite screen moment featuring a detective and a scene portraying Brad Pitt's discovery of his screen wife's severed head in the film "Seven" was voted the best. It was closely followed by the moment when Oxford detective, Inspector Morse reveals that his first name is Endeavour. Inspector Morse, created by Colin Dexter was voted the country's favourite fictional detective. ITV has announced plans to restart the popular Inspector Morse series.
