Madonna uses medieval wooden 'rack' to enhance her assets (Go To Top)

         London: Pop diva Madonna, whose enhanced assets and finely toned muscles could give younger singers a run for their money has reportedly found a new way to keep in shape by using a medieval style wooden 'rack' to tone up her physique. According to The Daily Star, the singer pays 60 pounds an hour for private sessions on the Gyrotonic Expansion System, invented by Romanian ballet dancer Juliu Horvarth, which is responsible for her washboard abs.

Britney spends 150,000 pounds for success in stepmotherhood (Go To Top)

         London: Pop star Britney Spears has reportedly designed a 150,000 pounds playground in the back garden of her 3 million pounds house in Malibu, California to keep her dancer fianci Kevin Federline's kids happy. The 'Toxic' star ordered a pool with slides, giant playhouse, swings, roundabout and activity centre so that Federline and his ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson's 2-year old daughter Kori and newly- born son Kaleb could enjoy themselves. "She wants no money spared on the garden. She takes her role as stepmother seriously and can't wait to watch them having fun," the Sun quoted a builder working at Britney's home as saying. "She seems nice and Kori likes her. I don't bear her ill will," added Shar.

          London: Top British model Jordan took sometime off from her boyfriend Peter Andre to achieve the stupendous feat of reading a book, the first in her life! The sexy model reportedly admitted that she had never read a book in her life and the piece of fiction that stimulated her intellect was Peter Sutcliffe's 'The Yorkshire Ripper' "I tell you what I've done, and I've never done this before in my life, I've read a book," the sexy model was quoted by the Mirror as saying.

Alicia Keys set to create history on the 'Great Wall of China' (Go To Top)

          London: R&B star Alicia Keys is all set to become the first singer to perform a concert on the Great Wall Of China. According to the Sun, the singer will mesmerise a gathering of about 1000 fans with the majestic wall as a backdrop on September 25 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Great Wall of China restoration project. The proceeds from the concert titled The Wall of Hope- China 2004 will go to the China Children and Teenagers' Fund.

Backing Bush gives Hollywood stars a 'serial killer' tag (Go To Top)

          New York: With top Hollywood celebrities including Julia Roberts, Leonardo Di Caprio, Gwenyth Platrow and Whoopi Goldberg standing solidly behind Democrat John Kerry, the Republicans are scampering to ensure that they don't get left behind and have recently named Adam Sandler, Freddie Prinze Jr., Jessica Simpson and Shannen Doherty, as their supporters. Stars are, however, reluctant to be called Republicans and reveal that they are often treated as outsiders in Hollywood if they come with the Republican tag. "You get looked at like you've recently been exposed as a serial killer," the New York Post quoted Mike DeLuca, the producer at Sony as saying. The dislike for Republicans also led pop diva Mandy Moore into releasing a public statement saying that she was not a Republican after the party named her as a supporter. "The country may be polarized, but Hollywood is in lockstep behind Babs (Streisand) and Whoopi (Goldberg) and (John) Kerry," DeLuca added.

Adrien Brody denies romantic liaison with Keira Knightley (Go To Top)

          London: Oscar star Adrien Brody is fuming over rumours linking him to Keira Knightley, insisting that they only have a professional relationship. Broady, who is going around with Michelle Dupont, said that he was stunned when people linked him to Keira, who is currently dating model Jamie Dornan. "I don't know what people take me, or her, to be. I'm in a relationship and so is Keira. I don't regard being in a relationship as a loose thing," Femalefirst quoted Brody as saying. "We were said to be having intimate, candlelit pasta dinners in my apartment. But that's not true. We ate together a couple of times because we were working, but it never went further than that," he added. He also said that it was all pretty intense, dark and dramatic, but not the best situation to start any sort of relationship, even if he had wished to.
