London:
Spanish Lingerie model and actress Esther, 26, was the
"other woman" who prompted jealous Rebecca Loos to realise
her relationship with the married Real Madrid star David
Beckham was just a game. According to The Sun, Rebecca,
26, has claimed Becks swapped explicit mobile phone messages
with pouting beauty Esther Canadas after striking up a close
friendship. Stunning Esther, who is 5ft 10in and a perfect
36-24-36, is one of Spain's most promising actresses. The
blue-eyed redhead, from popular holiday resort Alicante,
is a favourite with top designers such as DKNY and Versace.
She is instantly recognisable by her luscious "bee sting"
lips which she has insisted are real and not the result
of jabs. "Esther was enchanted by David and he certainly
seemed flattered by the attention from her. He used to call
her Big Lips," the report quoted Rebecca as saying.

London:
David Beckham flipped into a rage after Real Madrid
teammates ribbed him over his alleged affair with Rebecca
Loos. According to a report in The Sun, the players were
said to have put up posters in their dressing room trumpeting
the fling hours after the story surfaced Sunday. "I didn't
do it. It's false. It's a rumour," the 28-year-old midfielder
said. Meanwhile, Victoria bombarded hubby Becks with text
messages after he left her on the ski slopes to return to
the Spanish capital for training. Posh also phoned Becks
as she learned to snowboard in Courchevel, France. "She
was engrossed in her texting and did this funny little smile
as she read her messages. Then she rang David and you could
hear her being very lovey-dovey. When she finished her conversation
she had a great big smile on her face," an onlooker said.

London:
This man is a cop's worst nightmare. And why not, when
he is living up Leonardo DiCaprio's crime spree in the hit
film Catch Me If You Can. According to the sun, the smooth-talking
crook has spent eight months evading the police and has
run up 100,000 pounds in bills at hundreds of hotels across
Britain by escaping after paying with dud cheques. He nicks
a fresh chequebook from a guest or member of staff before
disappearing and then assumes his latest victim's identity.
The man, aged around 48, often poses as a businessman and
is a master of disguise. DiCaprio in his 2002 film, played
a character who cons his way round the world by posing as
an airline pilot, doctor and lawyer. In one such scene he
flees out of a back door just as cops arrive at the front
to arrest him. And that is exactly what the police say the
fugitive did. Det Sgt Dave Trotter, of the Avon and Somerset
force, admitted: "We are always one step behind him."

London:
You might have read his novels but did you know that
James Joyce wrote a letter pleading his publisher to buy
his first novel Dubliners? According to BBc, the letter,
written nine years before the book was published has been
sold for 32,265 pounds at Christie's in London. Joyce wrote
the letter to Heinemann publishers in 1905 when he was 23
- but his work was turned down and he battled for a decade
to have it published. It was eventually printed in 1914 but
Joyce had left Ireland by then as a result of the numerous
rejections. The letter says: "The book is not a collection
of tourist impressions". Joyce said he wanted Dubliners
to be a chapter of Ireland's moral history including stories
based on childhood, adolescence, maturity and public life.
