Posh
slaps Becks
London:
As the full text of the allegations about England soccer
captain David Beckham's cheating ways, he had no other way
but to cope with his wife's fury. According to the Daily
Telegraph, the Real Madrid star was slapped across the face
by a sobbing Victoria as he admitted that his personal assistant
Rebecca Loos had been to his room at the height of their
alleged liaison. According to a source close to the Beckhams,
the former Spice Girl is desperate to believe her husband,
who insists he has never been unfaithful. "Victoria slapped
him out of frustration and fury," said a source who spoke
to a family member yesterday. "She can't believe he got
himself into the situation where someone could allege he
had an affair. When she heard of the possibility of a second
girl, it all got too much for her and she snapped," the
source added. "David has been in tears and has been going
on and on about how much he loves Victoria. He has promised
he will not let anything like that happen again." While
Victoria has demanded he return to Britain, the soccer superstar
insists she stay in Madrid for his career. In fact, the
singer is hoping his guilt over all the trouble he has caused
will mean that she regains the upper hand in the relationship.
Becks
betrayed me, dropped me like a stone, fumes Loos (Go

London:
Rebecca Loos is truly a woman scorned in love. The much-talked
about paramour of soccer star David Beckham has revealed
that she is still madly in love with him and feels Becks
betrayed her when she was sacked as his personal assistant.
"It was a very intense affair and I fell in love with him.
I still can't believe how he dropped me like a stone. David
has betrayed me. He led the way, and I'm no marriage wrecker,"
Rebecca was quoted as saying to a close friend in 'The Mirror'.
Meanwhile,
a friend of Rebecca revealed further details. "Rebecca is
in turmoil. She is heartbroken because she still loves David
and knows her career is totally f*****. But the main reason
she's so upset is that she feels David dumped her like a
floozy you can shag and then sack," a friend of hers said.
"She is really upset by the way he cut her off. She expected
him to stick up for her - at least in private. But he didn't.
He just dropped her and she feels totally let down. Rebecca,
educated at Madrid's most exclusive English school, Runnymede
College, worked as a personal assistant to tennis stars
with the management agency, SFX, before teaming up with
Becks in Madrid where her dad is a diplomat.
Jordan's
tirade against Posh continues (Go

London:
Jordan has launched yet another tirade at her arch enemy
Victoria Beckham and two of her former lovers. According
to the Sun, the voluptuous model branded Posh ugly and also
jibed at old flame Dane Bowers' manhood. The leggy model
also took a dig at soccer star Dwight Yorke's staying power.
In a magazine interview Katie stroked the flames of her
ongoing feud with Posh without mincing her words. "She's
not exactly a nice bit of crumpet, is she?" Jordan said,
referring to Victoria Beckham. The loathing seems to be
based on mutual hatred, when last month Victoria told her
hairdresser: "Make me blonde but don't make me look like
that dog Jordan."
Boob-gate
fails to propel Janet to the top (Go

Washington:
After "wardrobe malfunction", Janet Jackson might say there
has been a "sales malfunction" on the charts. According
to E-Online, the singer's latest album "Damita Jo" is still
at least a good 100,000 copies shy of dethroning Usher's
"Confessions". For the week ended March 4, Usher's Confessions
held the top spot selling 485,000 copies, according to Nielsen
SoundScan numbers released recently. Jackson's "Damita Jo"
came in runner-up with 381,000 copies. Janet's "boob-act"
during Super Bowl halftime performance with Justin Timberlake
had sparked a national debate on television decency standards
and even led to scratching of her involvement as a 2004
Grammy Awards presenter. Making a move for the positive,
the singer hit the television circuit, promoting Damita
Jo on Good Morning America, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, and
the Late Show with David Letterman, among others.

New
York: A dog is a man's best friend, but in this case,
a woman's best friend. Britney Spears has reportedly bought
two guard dogs to bolster security at her family home in
Louisiana. The pop princess was forced to take the decision
after an intruder took photographs of her bedroom, reports

of her private living space in an American magazine and
immediately invested in two Alsatians to protect her family
from trespassing opportunists. "The only one who has access

changed. We have more security there and we have two German
Shepherds for protection", she said.
Harry
Potter's evil family out of fourth film (Go

New
York: The fourth Harry Potter film has faced some astonishing
changes. Potter's evil uncle and aunt have been cut from
the movie. According to imdb.com, British actors Richard
Griffiths and Fiona Shaw were shocked to discover scenes
involving their characters Vernon and Petunia Dursley have
been scrapped from the film adaptation of JK Rowling's fourth
book Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire. "Filming had already
started on the fourth and Fiona and I asked the producers,
'Are we in it?' and they said, 'Oh, did no one tell you?'
The problem is that the fourth book is just too long for
a film, so they've done away with our bit - where Harry
is at home with the Dursleys - and will just begin with
him at school", explained "Sleepy Hollow" star Griffith.
Griffiths, Shaw and Harry Melling - who plays the Dursleys'
indulged son Dudley - have yet to find out whether they
will be reappearing in the fifth movie.
Tarantino
wants to make next Bond film with Brosnan (Go

New
York: Oscar-winning director Quentin Tarantino has indicated
that he would like to make the next 007 thriller with the
current Bond Pierce Brosnan in the starring role. Tarantino's
acceptance came only days after Brosnan revealed that writers
have been stymied in their efforts to come up with a script
for the new 007 film and suggested that they return to a
more character-driven plot like the one in the original
Casino Royale novel. In an interview with the online Sci-Fi
Wire, Tarantino indicated that he had a positive meeting
with Brosnan about his proposal but that he had only a "thin
chance" that MGM and the Bond film producers would go for
it. "I don't see that they have anything to lose at all.
They've got this gigantic franchise, they can't do anything
wrong with it. Pierce Brosnan's only going to do one more
movie for them, if that, so ... go my way and do it a little
differently. I won't do anything that will ruin the series",
the "Maverick" director stated. The 1967 film version of
Casino Royale was a virtual spoof of Bond movies, featuring
a number of actors, including David Niven and Peter Sellers,
playing Bond in multiple "disguises."

Washington:
Rock's wife Dany showed him what she thought of his
steamy sex scene in the new movie 'Walking Tall' by hitting
him on the head during its screening. The wrestler-turned-actor,
whose real name is Dwayne Johnson, enjoyed a sexy scene
with newcomer Ashley Scott in the movie. Rock, however,
admitted that his wife of seven years was not the least
impressed with what she saw. "After I saw (the love scene),
I was like, 'Wow, this is pretty sexy and steamy. I gotta
show her because I'm not going to the premiere where there's
like 1,000 people and then she like whacks me or something
like that," imdb quoted an amused Rock as saying. "We screened
it for all the family and friends down in Florida. She was
watching and as soon as it was done, 'pow!' right in the
back of the head," added Rock.

Washington:
Pop sensation Jennifer Lopez and her brand new boyfriend
Marc Anthony made a rapid escape from a Las Vegas casino
when the sexy Latina came to know that her ex-beau Ben Affleck
was also partying at the club. The 33-year old 'Jenny from
the Block' curvaceous beauty was in the gambling hotspot
earlier this week shooting scenes for her cameo role in
hit comedy 'Will and Grace' when she decided to join singer
Anthony on a trip to the Hard Rock casino. However, as soon
as the pair found out about the hunky Affleck's presence,
they quickly fled from the venue. "It was crazy. Needless
to say as soon as someone told her Ben was there she fled
elsewhere," imdb quoted an onlooker as saying. Jen and Ben's
high-profile romance had ended this year in January, four

Rudyard Kipling has a 'Stalky Tale' to

London:
A recently-discovered story by Rudyard Kipling has been
published for the first time. According to BBC, the tale,
part of the Stalky & Co saga, is called Scylla and Charybdis,
and sees Stalky and his friends catch a colonel cheating
on the golf course. The manuscript was uncovered by an archivist
at the Haileybury and Imperial Service College in Windsor,
the successor to Kipling's old school. The Stalky tales
were first published 105 years ago and are still in print.
Oxford University's Dr Jeffrey Lewins is the secretary of
the Kipling Society and thinks Kipling did not want to publish
the work because it was not up to scratch. "He started a
second draft and didn't complete it," he told BBC Radio
4's Today programme.
Abba's
famed Polar studio fades into history (Go

London:
The famous Polar recording studio in Stockholm where
Swedish supergroup "Abba" recorded some of their albums
has been forced to close down because its owners are unable
to pay the rent. According to BBC, music giants like Led
Zeppelin, the Beastie Boys and Roxette are among the other
bands to have used its facilities during its 26-year-old
history. The group's label opened Polar Studios in 1978,
and the quartet recorded their last three albums there.
"I see it as a museum of Swedish music history, especially
Abba," said Lennard Oestlund, part-owner of the studios,
which are based on Kungsholmen, one of Stockholm's many
islands. Oestlund said that the five-room studio will close
in May and probably be turned into office space, after negotiations
to reduce rental payments failed. He added that two-thirds
of their revenue was being spent on rent. But he is optimistic
of starting a new studio elsewhere, taking some of Polar's
history with him.
