BAAZ - A Karisma Thriller MUMBAI: From action to direction, fight master Tinu Verma has now made his foray into production with 'Baaz - A Bird In Danger'. The film stars Karisma Kapoor, Jackie Shrof, Sunil Shetty and model-turned-actor Dino Morea. Karisma Kapoor plays the character of an interior designer in the film. Model-turned actor Dino Morea plays Karisma's love interest.
Tinu, whose earlier film 'Maa Tujhe Salaam' could not do well at the box office, says 'Baaz' is different. According to Verma, the concept of Baaz is basically from the idea of a baaz on an hunt for other birds in the air, and the bird in this case being none other than Karisma Kapoor. The film is extensively shot in Nainital, Khandala and Mumbai. The movie revolves around a psycho killer who is on the look-out for young and pretty girls to be his target. Karisma Kapoor, who comes from Delhi to Nainital, falls in love with a guy and becomes the killers' first target. The suspense remains stuck to the point as to who is the killer amongst the three heroes - Kapoor, Shroff and Morea. The music in the film is by Ismail Durbar.
