This phenomenon was also observed in some settlements in the national Capital some years ago but disappeared soon after. Because the "quick fix" failed to stop the pooch from desecrating their entrance. The initial success claimed was attributed to the dogs' neophobia. Melania's sweet nothings to Putin— And here goes Nobel to Trump!

WASHINGTON, Aug 18: Just a few hours left. We will know if Melania's charming letter accomplished what it was meant for. President Donald Trump hand-delivered his wife's personal letter to Putin at the summit!!! Anything for the sake of a Nobel. The East Room confrontation in next hours may be his last bid for the Prize.

The letter vividly portrays the plight of the unfortunate children in Ukraine and Russia as a fallout of the ongoing battles. The style is the content.

The captivating letter seeks to push a sedated agreement on Ukraine, the catch is the Nobel. Putin also wants Trump to receive the Nobel Prize—for reasons not yet disclosed—just as much as Trump wants it for himself. So the Nobel is the fulcrum of the ceasefire negotiations, not the war itself. Therefore Putin will go the extra mile, ready for more concessions at the battle front. And the letter works as a tailwind. But why he wants Trump should receive the Nobel? (See our Prognosis: Even Trump doesn't know')
