MUMBAI: Ramkund is the holiest place in Nashik. It is believed Lord Rama used to bathe here. Ramkund is on the bank of Godavari river, 2 km from the Central Bus stand. During Kumbh Mela, millions of devotees take the holy dip at this ghat. At this ghat, Hindus pray to their ancestors. From Ramkund Godavari takes a sharp right turn.
