October 9, 2012 | Curry still cooking mystery for Brits |
London:Millions of people in Britain have never tried to cook a simple curry dish, a new survey has revealed. An incredible 75 percent said making a tikka masala was a mystery to them, even though it is the nation’s top favourite dish. Some 81 percent people surveyed by The Spice
Tailor website admitted they could not make a korma, while 83 percent said a rogan
josh was out of their range. “Don’t be afraid to give Indian cooking a go,” the
Daily Star quoted Telly chef Anjum Anand, 41, who founded the site, as saying.
