          Goa's lakes, rivers and coastline are ideal for cruises and water sports like surfing, boogie-boarding, snorkelling, scuba diving, jet-skiing, parasailing, water skiing, wind surfing, deep sea fishing and banana ride. One can ride on water scooter or speedboat at Dona Paula, sail on a paddle boat on Mayem lake, scuba-dive and parasail at Arambol and Bogmalo beaches. Govt and private trained instructors are available on nominal rates. October to May is the best time for aqua activities as the sky is cloudless and the monsoon is not there. The monsoon comes at the start of June.
